As a long time "car guy" and satisfied Honda customer, I felt it was important to write you this letter. I recently purchased a new car from another car company and the terrible experience experienced there accentuated the difference between Excel Honda's excellent service and this other, very average car dealer.

We leased a 2007 Honda Fit sport from your dealer and have done all of our service at Excel Honda. The sales process with Excel Honda was very pleasant and even though we "only" bought a Fit, you followed up with me multiple times to ensure my satisfaction and he even remembers my name every time I walk into the dealership to take a peek at what's new. This is awesome and frankly is a service quality that would normally be associated with much higher end car brands. Bravo!

Just a quick email note about my purchase of a 2009 fit lx last night.
 
I just wanted to express my thanks for the sales consultants efforts. First time I met him was in july 2009, and the actual purchase was october 6th 2009. I was sold on the level of service we received. He showed me around, in the garage, preperation room, etc and I was blown away, as I have never had such an experience from another dealership. From the outside, it may not look like the newest dealership, but what really goes on inside is where the magic occurs. It was an enjoyable experience. In February of 2011, I walked into Excel Honda and was immediately greeted by John. His professionalism and courteous matter assured me that I had made the right choice with Excel Honda.
For Many Years, the Honda Civic had been my dream car. Thanks to John, that dream came true.
After John introduced me to the possibility of me buying the Honda Civic, I was taken for a test drive. While in the car, I must asked 100 questions to John who was sitting in the passenger seat, questions from my safety features, to engine power resell value, John patiently answered all my questions (and then some) with great detail and great enthusiasm.
His attention to detail and his desire to have me completely satisfied with my Honda was more efficient and left me feeling more secure than I had ever felt before when dealing with car dealership.

The Honda engineering team has been tinkering with their V-Flow hydrogen fuel cell technology, and they've now adapted it to a sports car. Currently employed in the FCX Clarity Sedan, the system has been reconfigured for a light weight application with a low center of gravity in a new concept model called the FC Sport.

Japan, November 7, 2008-Honda Motor Co., Ltd. unveiled its second experimental walking assist device that helps support bodyweight to reduce the load on the user's* legs while walking, going up and down stairs, and in a semi-crouching position. Honda will now begin testing the device in real-world conditions to evaluate its effectiveness.

The age of the SUV is finally be coming to an end, done in by high gas prices and Al Gore pounding his pulpit about global warming. Perhaps we'll look back on those heady days as a golden time for the automobile, but probably not. More likely we'll look out over a vast sea of rusting brush bars and nobbly tires that never left the asphalt, and wonder what the heck we were all thinking.
